Description

We’ve found Temp can be a little ferrous and bloody on occasion, though appealing styles (to our palate at least) pack in blue fruit and fruitcake, which is here in spades.  Violet aromatics, berry compote, all wrapped up in a juicy medium bodied package, rounding out with grainy tannins and as per the rosé, a dot of that medicinal iodine for some balance and complexity.
