Gnarly volcanic-rock minerals meets fruit.  Olive oil aromas, alongside pineapple, ripe peaches/apricots, fabulous energy and drive; this is so beautifully balanced between a little fruit sweetness and its mineral energy.  11.2g/L residual sugar.

“Apple, lemon, pear and white nectarine. Quite subtle nose, nothing wrong with that. The acidity perception is high even though it’s a ‘half-dry’ style (11.2g/L RS). Refreshment and appeal come in the form of sweet-sour green apple and lime with sugar, or ripe pomelo. Good balance of simple pleasures.
