Description

A good spätlese Riesling has to be at the upper end of hedonistic vinous indulgence – is ‘ohohohohoh nom nom nom’ a valid tasting note?  For correctness: lemon sherbert, a huge flavour spectrum between bass of volcanic mineral and high notes of lemons, blossoms, sherbert, even some boiled lolly notes.  Obvious fruit but not ragingly sweet, this is super seductive, with buzzing acid and insane energy. 73.2g/L residual sugar.
