Arione Roero Arneis 2019

Grapes are sorted before soft pressing, with a short time on skins and temperature controlled cool fermentation to preserve fruit characters.  The wine is rested in steel tanks before bottling.

A fragrant wine of pear and apple, with stone fruits, chamomile and nuttiness.  The texture really drew us to this wine, certainly a fantastic style for seafood.
