The Fazi vineyard is situated on the sandy east coast of Corsica and is planted to the indigenous variety of Sciaccarellu as well as Merlot, Grenache and Cinsault. Established by Vincent Fazi in the 1970s, this vineyard produces only rosé wines.

It’s crisp and fresh, a slight liquorice flavour adds an extra dimension, dry and crunchy, some fine white pepper grip, peach iced tea, and a finish that’s kind of savoury, but also lively with a sweet citrus punch.
