Lingot Martin was established in 1970 from a union of four families. The estate is based in Cerdon, but has broader vineyard holdings including Bugey (Alpine region near Savioe) which raises perfumed Gamay perfect for their excellent Pét Nat.
Bugey’s steep slopes raise particularly fresh and perfumed Gamay. We’re pleased to introduce gorgeous Pét Nat rosé from this artisan cellar – smashable doesn’t begin to describe how much fun this one is to drink. Made according to the Ancestral Method, it’s super generous and juicy with raspberry and cranberry flavours, though a brush of herbs and fruit tannin give it just enough seriousness, and ultimately light and refreshing, tipping in at only 10.5% alcohol. Superb summer park wine, or with its slight fruit sweetness a perfect pairing for spicy foods.
