Description
Grown in the 6Js vineyard, Steel’s Creek Yarra Valley. Fully destemmed, raised entirely in stainless, vegan fined and lightly filtered, bottled 17th August.
Super light ruby in colour. Heady perfume of strawberry, raspberries, thyme and jamon. Light and delicious to drink, cranberry and raspberry over fine lacy tannins and just a little graphite minerality to give it a more serious edge. A lovely acid line, incredibly pretty and treads well between freshness and persistence. Alluring.
