Description
Fully destemmed, three weeks on skins and aged in stainless steel with full lees contact prior to bottling in early 2024. Natural primary and secondary ferments.
An attractive orange shade in the glass, leaps out with this cuvées signature aromatics of peach iced tea, around jasmine/garden florals and a brine note. These flavours continue to the palate, also bringing in a lick of citrus marmalade and herbal tea umami. Greco’s naturally high acidity keeps things fresh and gives sound potential for bottle age, closing with a pleasing tannic grip.
