Leads with a light, alluring nose of florals, pineapple, nuttiness/ground nuts. Wicked mineral intensity across the palate, with slate, pineapple, Eau de Coing (quince liqueur), and green herbs. Its textural, satisfyingly energetic finish shows a poke of salinity. 3.3g/L residual sugar.
“Bone dry (as a palate perception, as on paper 3.3g/L RS). Lifted and fresh wine with lime and green apple, green kiwi, gooseberry and a hint of brine mingling with a note of honey.
