Torre Zambra Passerina Colle Maggio 2020

First shipment of this delicious, lesser seen white variety which originates from Italy’s Adriatic Coast.  As per the other whites, fermented and raised exclusively in stainless.

A fresh white calling out for shellfish, it offers up flavours and aromas of Granny Smith apples and green pears, with a broad citrus spectrum, and some citrus pith to give a tangy and bittering twist to the finish.  Lovely length and refreshment here.
