Description
A new wine for the producer, yellow muscat raised with around three weeks’ skin contact. Exotic nose of flowers and tropical fruits, musk sticks and fennel/anise. These heady aromatics are countered on the palate with an impression of chalkiness and certainly dryness. Pleasing texture of natural tannins, orange and ginger notes, a style which works superbly with chilli heat (Thai or Korean barbecue) or a brilliant match with well spiced fried chicken.
