50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 15% Syrah.
Selected for being a down the line, classic and delicious Provence rosé. Harvested in the cool of night and vinified with a portion of direct press juice and a portion given a short maceration. One for style purists – strawberries, cream, citron, zest, fruity with a slightly bittering finish and classic Provence salinity with a fine powdery finish.
