Ugni Blanc has a refreshing spine of natural acidity, with Colombard bringing in an array of fruit salad flavours. Considering its modest pricing, this is a strikingly balanced and accomplished wine – mouthfilling and generous with refreshing acidity, satisfying mid sized bubble and pleasing fruit delivery. Think Golden Delicious apples, lemon and grapefruit, white flours and peach. Finishes cleansing with nice length.
